What an awesome experience I had from Delray Toyota. I live in Coral Springs and have been going to Delray Toyota for many years for service. My 4Runner was in desperate need of service. In conversation with David Romeo he offered to come to my home and pick up my 4Runner for service! This experience was AMAZING! David picked up my 4Runner and life was easy. Service was completely done Accurately. This was awesome. I guess loyalty does pay off. Thanks to David Romeo and Ed Morse Delray Toyota!!! More
David Hoover is a liar. I attempted to buy a car several weeks ago and told the salesperson to call me if they would meet my price. David called me at 9am on a Saturday morning to tell me they would accept weeks ago and told the salesperson to call me if they would meet my price. David called me at 9am on a Saturday morning to tell me they would accept my price. So I didn't waste my time, i confirmed the model, options, down payment, and color. He agreed to the terms. I went down to the dealership and guess what? The downpayment increased by $500 and the monthly payment increased by $10. David lied to me and wasted my time. I fell for a cheap salesman trick. This dealership wanted me to buy a car with the basis of the relationship to be a lie and deception. I wonder if David goes to church and says "Hey! I fed my family because I lied and cheated my customers!". What a sorry excuse for an employee. There are several Toyota dealers in South Florida that now have an opportunity to earn my business. More
John Allsopp is a asset to the Delray Toyota Service department. He is very professional and always greats us with the smile. We have 2 Toyota's Avalons and love them. We just brought in the 2000 Ava department. He is very professional and always greats us with the smile. We have 2 Toyota's Avalons and love them. We just brought in the 2000 Avalon because air conditioner worked then stopped. John was very knowledgable and explained what he thought the problem was, and he was right! He got us a ride home because the part would not be in until the next morning. The price was just way he said it was and the air conditioner is working fine. I will always call John when I am bringing either of my cars in for service. More
David Romeo is fair and never trys to sell something you don't need. I travel quite a distance to Delray Toyota because I trust David Romeo. This dealership is a ten star facility. Dave Romeo has been taking care of me for 9 years. He is always prompt, friendly and an excellent advisor. He helps me to keep my car in great condition. I have had owned a Toyota 4Runner since 1996. When my first one was finally starting to so some age I happened to be up in the Delray area. I took it in to Ed Morse Delray and the service and experience first one was finally starting to so some age I happened to be up in the Delray area. I took it in to Ed Morse Delray and the service and experience was outstanding. Unfortunately I lived in Pembroke Pines and when it was time to buy a new 4Runner I purchased it from a dealer down south. I now live a little closer to Ed Morse but I must say I do drive by plenty of other Toyota service centers to go to Ed Morse Delray. I have found it to be well worth it to be treated so professional and friendly by David Romeo and his staff. The service waiting area is second to none, the staff there is very efficient and knowledgable. I am always in and out with very limited waiting. This has been a problem when I have went to other services centers actually closer to me. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with the service manager David Romeo. He explained exactly what was going to be done to my 4Runner and answer every single one of my questions. You can definitely understand why he is in the position that he is in. If you are ever in need of service of your vehicle give this dealership a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. More
