Where do I even begin? ! Carlos Quezada was amazing from the get go. Incredibly personable, and so helpful getting things started before I even drove the hour to the dealers ! He made us feel welcome when we walked in and introduced us to Josh Tucker the general manager, who was just as polite and upbeat. Alan Luboff and John Cassese were out in the rain setting up the last details before we finalized our purchase, and spent time making sure we were getting the right coverage and took care of all of the DMV work, explained additional coverage and warranties, and NO ONE was pushy. Everyone was as honest as one could wish for walking into a dealership about to purchase a new car, and even stayed passed closing to make this happen! We were treated like we were guests in their own homes, and that’s where it’s at, folks. I’m all around even more satisfied with this major purchase, BECAUSE of this team! Not to mention, that despite being in the busy city that is Boca Raron, the establishment was warm and welcoming, and simply beautiful.
