Upon walking into Ed Morse Toyota Dealership this morning, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. My lease is coming to an end. A decision had to be made. As if kismet happened by circumstance, the sa morning, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. My lease is coming to an end. A decision had to be made. As if kismet happened by circumstance, the sales associate that walked up to me happened to be the same man that leased me my current car. Frank and I got to chatting, essentially catching up. He was kind, insightful, enthusiastic, and caring. I could tell he truly cared, and had my best interest at heart. Frank told me my options for my car, and explained each one thoroughly. He told me that my best option would be to buy out my lease, as it was the most cost efficient. Being a teacher, he knew that money was a concern. He walked me through the entire process, step-by-step, and gave me multiple options for payments. Frank made this transaction as quick, efficient, and comforting as possible. I’m grateful to have meet Frank again, and I hope I get to continue my Toyota care with Frank for many years to come! More

Contacted JJ early afternoon about a particular vehicle, sent all necessary documents in advance to make the car buying process a little smooth Contacted JJ early afternoon about a particular vehicle, sent all necessary documents in advance to make the car buying process a little smoother. JJ contacted me with his availability to see the car which was the same day later in the afternoon and my goodness me and my husband walked out with a beautiful car less than 2 hours later. JJ was friendly, personable, honest and overall HELPFUL. He educated my husband and I and answered EVERY questions we had. Since the purchase we have sent my sister and her husband to JJ and they too have shared a similar experience. JJ, If you see this review we thank you for everything you’ve done for my family and I.
