I was in and out in under an hour. Peter was my service advisor and he was very friendly, informative, and explained everything thoroughly. Very great customer service skills! I really enjoyed my experience and will make this dealership my primary location when my car needs to be serviced. I have never in my life had my car worked on as quickly as your location. Julia was our excellent Service Advisor. Brought Camry in for Oil Change, replace Engine/Cabin Filters, rotate tires , and new Wiper Blades and was out in an hour from Service Appt at 11 am. Julia is knowle for Oil Change, replace Engine/Cabin Filters, rotate tires , and new Wiper Blades and was out in an hour from Service Appt at 11 am. I liked Kevin doing the tire evaluation as I waited in the car, which let me know that my tires needed replacement. My favorite Service Representative, Robert, treated me with kindness, as always. Peter helped me so, so much throughout the entire repair process. I brought my car in for a regular maintenance check and tune up. This is my sixth PRIUS I have purchased or leased from this dealer. I like Ed Morse because they do not use high pressure sales tactics and are fairly accommodating.
