Robert lied to my insurance company about when they could come out and inspect my clutch he said they only had a technician that could do it today after Thanksgiving.. Robert lied and told me they didn't have a loaner car for me.. four days later I went in and talked to chacho he got me a car they ordered a part from my car they said it was out of the country turns out it was sitting in the FedEx warehouse on Clint Moore road for 5 days.. it took two days shy of three weeks to get my car back.. I bought 10 cars from Toyota in the last 15 years I was treated like garbage.. left mini messages with corporate nobody called me back the manager didn't call me back either I wouldn't let you people fix the tricycle for me now More

Very disappointed with recent car experience, was ready to buy rav4 from Justin, who claimed to be top salesman. Refused to send price info via email or sms. Promised $325 over telephone, with intention to buy rav4 from Justin, who claimed to be top salesman. Refused to send price info via email or sms. Promised $325 over telephone, with intention to do better once in store. When I came in priced was bumped to $385 and with hugggge discount was at $368. I was very disappointed the way Justin conduct his business. Will never deal with him or dealership ever again, will leave negative reviews on google, yelp will also connect with Toyota corporate office and will place complaints with them. More

The WORST service center! Power liftgate failed first day of ownership. Took ed morse another 30 hours to correct, but power liftgate failed after another 5 weeks. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SYSTEM - almost hurt child while liftgate did it's erratic open/close act .. key was out of ignition. Have videos to show. Dealer refuses to take responsibility for this matter.
