Radiator leaking after cooling system serviced.no prior leak I bought my 2004 Camry from Ed Morse and have had it serviced exclusively by Ed Morse since purchased with the exception of battery replacement. My c I bought my 2004 Camry from Ed Morse and have had it serviced exclusively by Ed Morse since purchased with the exception of battery replacement. My car was serviced there 5/7/20 and the service representative suggested that my cooling system be serviced since it was dirty and he did not want the car to overheat. I agreed. They kept the vehicle overnight from about 10am to 11am the next day. After driving for the first time post repair, pink fluid (radiator) fluid was splashing out on the ground, also a razor blade was left on top of the engine, the hose that connects to the air filter was not attached and a hose clamp was loose. I called the service dept and have not received a callback. The customer relations director called after I left a negative survey review, she offered to Bring the car back to correct the issue. Delray Toyota has had my car for over 24 hours, no service manager has called to tell me why the radiator leaked post repair or give me the status of the vehicle. I have spoken with the customer relations director 2 times today and left 2 messages asking that my vehicle be returned to me so I can get it repaired correctly. She does not know the status of the vehicle because the service manager has not communicated with her. This is the second negative post repair issue I have had with Delray Toyota. Last year a power steering leak was “repaired” and post repair the power steering leak was major, much worse. I was told that it was another hose or gasket. I do not trust Ed Morse Delray Toyota with my car anymore. The technician who worked on my car either didn’t know the product, did a poor assessment, did no post repair check or doesn’t care. I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me and I have no information as to what was or wasn’t done. More

Bought a car from my home quarantine! Sergey was persistent in reaching out to me during the week, but I was too busy to answer. Last Saturday, I had time to answer and let him know that I Sergey was persistent in reaching out to me during the week, but I was too busy to answer. Last Saturday, I had time to answer and let him know that I would be happy to buy a car but: I wasn't leaving my house, wasn't sure if I'd qualify for a new loan since I have a lot of new business loans and didn't want to put much down or pay much more. A few short phone calls, one short form and a home visit later, Sergey let me know he'd be at my house soon to deliver my new Prius! I got to trade in my old one, which needed body work and new tires, and now all I need is to no longer be social distancing so that I can start driving! Sergey was wonderful, thorough and fast and got me a great deal. I highly recommend him! More

I was in need of two vehicles for my family and Sales Person Sergay and his Manager, Darius came to plate with two outstanding vehicles. Nothing was a problem and if anything, they went well beyond to make sure this was two great transactions. I did all the research online and most communicate in a cold internet way. This Dealership spent a couple days making sure we ended up with two vehicles that exceeded our expectations. Of course it didn’t hurt that they also have the best service department in South Florida! Thank you Ed Morse!! More
