All their service department did was recharge the old battery. After contacting the salesman I was informed multiple times the vehicle is "as is". After leaving a review on their facebook page I was finally contacted by the sales manager informing me that he'd contact me tomorrow. It took two days. Then he informed me that due to the distance I traveled to purchase the vehicle their customer service rep. would contact me tomorrow. It took two more days. She advised that I could bring the vehicle in and they would repair it. After informing her that I lived 5.5 hours away and that it'd cost me $500 to get the vehicle towed to her, $40 for tolls, and another $200 in gas to drive down and retrieve the 'repaired' vehicle, not counting another 11 hour round trip, she advised, "Well, it is 'as is'". After that conversation the dealership has not returned any of my communications. More

The only negative I have is that overall purchasing a car is an all day affair, perhaps the industry could find a way to shorten the process, however during the entire process Luis kept me in the loop on what was going to happen next.
