I wish I knew the names of the individuals doing the service work so I could mention them by name. I love this dealership. It was the 1st dealership I bought my 1st car at when I was 19 years old in the 1990's and I remember also being treated very well back then. As a matter of fact, I bought a car from Deerfield Toyota and they pretty much scammed me and did a spot check and asked me to return the car or give them more money for down payment after a week of having the car. I handed them the keys back, got my down payment back in full and went straight to Delray Toyota where I was in and out and got an even better car. Between that time and buying this car I had other luxury cars from Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, SAAB and I can honestly say the feeling when I come to Ed Morse Toyota is better. I don't feel pressured, and the atmosphere is not snooty or uncomfortable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Truly, I mean this! I have friends that are in need of new cars, and I let her know my salesman's name and recommended her to stop by and that she will not be disappointed with this dealership from the purchasing phase to the service phase and everything in between. Thank you, Toyota, and thank you Will and Management. More

DO NOT ship a car from them. I was left out of the loop, promised answers that were never resolved and have had to be the one who calls them for updates I was promised. First time buying from a dealer and this dealership has made this exciting process nothing but stressful. More

For many years, my entire family has shopped at Deerfield beach Toyota and never had a bad experience. I am now in the market for a used car and found the PERFECT used 4Runner for a reasonable price at Delra beach Toyota and never had a bad experience. I am now in the market for a used car and found the PERFECT used 4Runner for a reasonable price at Delray Toyota. I called to make an appointment Saturday to come in and more than likely, leave with that car. Unfortunately an hour later I looked online and the price was raised $2,000 from the original price I was quoted. I called the dealership and was told they would look into it and that they were able to adjust the price back to what we were originally quoted. I then received a phone call back that they were wrong online and the higher price we saw was the correct one and there was nothing they could do. Mistakes happen, but when you quote a customer a certain price, you honor that, instead of putting it on the customer. False advertisement, and terrible customer service at its finest. My appointment is canceled, I am livid, and I would NEVER recommend Delray Toyota. More
