Ed Morse Honda

Terrible Service I was going to purchase a CRV, we agreed to a price, I filled out the credit app and said I need to go get my civic to turn it in and grab a bite to e I was going to purchase a CRV, we agreed to a price, I filled out the credit app and said I need to go get my civic to turn it in and grab a bite to eat. I call up 30 minutes later to get no answer. I call 40 minutes later to talk to the credit manager to confirm the paperwork is complete so I can sign and go home since it is 8:30 in the evening. He responds, I dont know who you are because he never received the paper work I filled out. I said fine, forget the sale, I need to turn in my lease, they said you cant do that you need an inspection. You dont need an inspection if they sell you a car but if they dont buy from them then you need to get an inspection. Then I bring the car in on Saturday after I get the inspection and they say we dont normally take cars on Saturday, unless you buy from them. I said ok, i see your offer for 1900 down and a lease for 179. They said yes, here it is $4500 down and $179. I said no thanks, I will just turn in my car. 45 minutes later I am still sitting there waiting for the 1 person that can help me while 10 other employees walk around in circle doing absolutely nothing productive. I have bought 4 other Hondas from 3 other dealerships in South Florida. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM ED MORSE, HANDS DOWN THE WORST HONDA DEALERSHIP IN SOUTH FLORIDA. More
