DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE if u want to be ripped off. Finance person named Kiki tacked on $4k worth of warranty that i didnt agree on and tried to play it off like it was a misunderstanding. She kept insisting on my monthly budget and how she can lower it for me, even extending my loan term. Luckily i questioned her breakdown and thats when i saw the addtl $4k(6yr warranty) charge(i only agreed to 2yr warranty for $1.2k. Vehicle also had a side mirror that needed replacement that they agreed on. The day my pregnant wife took in vehicle they told her it will take 2hrs, 2 hrs later they say itll be 4hrs, 4hrs later they said they cant finish it. They couldve at least given her a loaner at 2hrs. When they finally gave her a loaner, it was the smallest Kia u can imagine. The MDX i bought also had a scratch on bumper that they promised theyd touch up. They had my mdx for 2 days and when my wife picked it up, the scratch wasnt even touched up. No full tank, tires unevenly inflated, no car wash. Only good thing about this dealer is Wade, the sales guy we dealt with. Very pleasant and transparent guy. Other than that, this place is horrible More

A few years ago I leased an Acura MDX. After 3 years I decided to keep it and financed it. The dealer offered me a lot of coverage and I accepted. With an amount of $6000 USD on my loan. After a few months I had a problem with my windshield and they told me that it was not covered by the insurance I bought. When I saw that it was not what they promised when they offered you the extra coverage, I decided to cancel all those extras. And it has been more than two months and they have not resolved anything about the refund and also the amount they are going to return to me is totally wrong. If they offer you to buy extras to insure your car, do not buy it! You will only get a headache. Look for other options. More

This is our 5th Acura and over the years if and when we need help, we always get results when we contact Judy Flynn. We were very happy to see her still there. Don‘t waist your time. TLDR They are not upfront and if the car is cheaper here it’s probably because there’s something wrong with it. CHECK EVERYTHING before buying. They won’t give you an Out The Door Price or even work with you to find you a deal. We went to test drive a 2024 RDX, sales staff greeted us pretty good, got in the car started driving and for some miracle I turn on the music and there was a loud popping on the speakers. The sales person and trainee are speechless when I ask what that is. We finish the test drive and no word from either on what they would do to assure us to buy the car, not that there would have been anything they can say. Afterwards they try to push a more expensive, 2025 model with no discounts or anything to make up for waisting our time for going to see a car they clearly knew had issues, the speaker popping was just the tip of the iceberg btw. no manager came up to apologize or even try to explain or ANYTHING. No wonder the place was empty. Needless to say we did not buy anything there. About a day later a manager calls and asked why we did not get the car and I mentioned what happened. He offered no apology or anything. Just wanted to know if the other place gave us a “better deal” and hung up. Yea they gave us a better deal AND a car that’s not broken. The best part was that we saw a review THAT SAME MORNING of someone who went through the same thing. We drove to another dealer and purchased an RDX. More
