After calling and being hung up on multiple times, the one phone call that i wasn’t hung up on, i was transferred over 5 times and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I asked to speak to someone in finance r one phone call that i wasn’t hung up on, i was transferred over 5 times and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I asked to speak to someone in finance regarding warranties i had cancelled and not a single person was willing to help me out, in fact, multiple people picked up their phone and put it down right away so it would stop ringing. I even got transferred to the same lady in an offsite location two or three times. At the end of the phone call i had finally asked if the person i needed to speak to was even in the building, to which they replied “he is but he might be busy”. You would think after hearing someone ask to speak to a certain person twice or even 3 times you could tell them what the reason they might not be answering is. Instead i got thrown into a transfer circle where at the end i gave up and just gave them my information to get a call back. More
