Poor customer service. Donot buy car from this dealership. Bought used Acura certified pre-owned MDX 2016. Car was shipped to my address. Car came with one smart key. Called 15 times for second key and they Bought used Acura certified pre-owned MDX 2016. Car was shipped to my address. Car came with one smart key. Called 15 times for second key and they never call you back because car is sold. Spoke with Finance manager and he is saying pay 1/2 for second key. This is dealer demo vechile and should have other key but they don't want to look for it. No courtesy to call customer back. I paid 35K and they are arguing with me. I paid $550 for shipping car from illionois to memphis. I have all the paperwork to show if anyone in this dealership care. I will call again and record the conversion so that i can show you as a proof as how they are treating once the car is sold. They were responding fast before car was sold. I will log complain with better business burea and Accura corporation. I would never do anything to my customer the way they treat us. Bob Wesott is the guy. After talking to him i am not buying another car for my wife. I love my acura only issue is they are not giving me second key. More
