Waited in the customer area, and they completed everything a little bit faster than they said originally. The service rep went over everything with me, and walked me to my car. Great experience! More

I was told that the van was still there, and that she (Dana) would be there until 9:00 P.M. I was advised to text her(Dana) when I was on my way. I texted at 4:45 to make sure the van was still there before driving from Joliet to Elmhurst to see the van . I received a reply at 4:49 telling me " yes sir! are you still on your way ? . at 4:51 I answered yes .The response was "wonderful. see you soon:) .I arrived at 5:46 advising that I was there. I was then escorted to the used car manager Dan, who after being there for approximately 15 minutes proceeded to tell me that "the van had been sold two hours ago". I have had many occasions to go to car dealers in my time , but this was out a doubt the most bush league move I have ever been witness to. absolutely pathetic. I had no words to express my disgust. Finally sent one last text. Try telling the truth and not wasting peoples time. Pure Bullsh*t. Imagine my surprise no text back. Liars. More
They are not honest I came to the dealer tonight to buy a pre-owned minivan. I drove 16 mi there because I liked the car. They had a great vehicle in good condition. It was the right price for that car and I wanted to buy it. When I asked for the out the door price, the Sales person Arturo Moreno told me $18,000. I was surprised and asked him to explain me numbers. He didn't want to explain me how he got that number. Also he was very rude. It's impossible to pay $18,000 for the $13,189 car. It's not my first car. I know how to count taxes and fees. It must be maximum $15,000. Also he wanted to charge me extra $995 for the stuff I don't need, some interior protection for 1 year. I need a car for construction work. I don't need any interior protection. Arturo said I must pay for that. It sounds illegal. Even if he included that $995 in the out the door price, it can't be $18,000. It would be maximum $16,000. Please avoid Arturo, he is stealing money from buyers. I really wanted that car and I'm sad because I didn't buy it. Even if I like the car I would never buy it from someone like Arturo Moreno. I am going to check similarly vehicle in other dealer tomorrow. I hope they have honest sales people. More

FIRST SERVICE APPOINTMENT Scheduled service for out acura 12/23/2017 when the service department was closed. Service manager Gerard said he would meet us for the appointment b Scheduled service for out acura 12/23/2017 when the service department was closed. Service manager Gerard said he would meet us for the appointment but when we arrived in was not at the dealership. We waited 30 minutes ad re-scheduled the appointment for 12/26. Arrived at appointment and Brandon was very nice. As we told Brandon and he marked it on the service sheet the tires showed low pressure and he instructed the mechanic to put the pressure at 32 as recommended on the driver door panel. The mechanic put the tire pressure ranging from 40 to 43. Customer service on the whole was poor but Brandon was very nice but unfortunately for us he did not check the mechanic's work. I hope the other work was done right. More

Usually when you're quoted a price, that's the sta We just purchased a new 2018 MDX on November 18, 2017 from Kristen Montijo and couldn't be happier. Usually when you're quoted a price, that's the starting point of where your negotiations begin - because you know they always start off with a higher amount. Well in this case, Kristen quoted me a price that was much lower than all the other Acura dealers. After receiving the quote via email I was thinking "yeah right, I'm sure once I step foot inside the dealer and meet her face to face they'll start adding on all these little hidden costs and the quote she provided me with will now be $$$." I emailed with Kristen back and forth for a few days and she reassured every time the price she quoted was the actual cost and there were no hidden fees/costs anywhere. Well, hoping for the best but of course expecting the absolute worse, we walked into Napleton Acura in hopes of buying a new 2018 MDX. We were expecting to go back and forth on the lease payments and on the down payment amount, expecting Kristen to make multiple trips to the person behind the curtain. This did not happen. The price she quoted was the price, no hidden fees, no hidden costs. I cannot begin to tell you how easy and stress free it was, the first time ever a dealership/sales person stayed true to their word. Kristen was amazing and very attentive, and extremely patient. Thank you Kristen, I appreciate all your assistance and you're just amazing!!! More

Car was sold out from under me even with deposit down I am not one to usually leave bad reviews but I don't want what just happened to me to happened to anyone else so in light of that, here it goes: I am not one to usually leave bad reviews but I don't want what just happened to me to happened to anyone else so in light of that, here it goes: I met with Kristen Montijo yesterday to look at a used Toyota Rav4. Kristen was great and very friendly and I enjoyed working with her very much. We took the car for a test drive and then sat down to talk about numbers. I wasn't quite ready to go home with the car that night, so I asked Kristen if there was anything we could do to put a "hold" on the car for 24 hours. She ensured me that this was something they could do and that they do all the time. Kristen told me that if I put a $500 deposit down, it would prevent the car from being sold to anyone over the next 24 hours. I paid the $500 and we negotiated the price of the vehicle. We agreed that I would return the next day to either purchase or pass on the car. I had 1 other vehicle at a different dealership I was going to check out and then I would make the decision. So I go home, very excited about the possibility of getting this new car, feeling good knowing that it wouldn't be sold out from under me in the next 24 hours. I had just had an apartment sold out from under me the day prior (which I told Kristen) so knowing the deposit would prevent that from happening again gave me much peace of mind. Our appointment with Kristen was on July 25, 2017 at 7:15pm. On July 26, 2017 at 2:33pm I received a text from Kristen stating "Hey there... sorry to report but earlier this morning someone came in with a better offer on the RAV4 an my manager took the deal. So sorry. I'm not at work at the moment I can have someone refund your deposit." ........... To say I am furious is an understatement. I called the dealership immediately where I spoke with GM Benjamin Jacobs. I told Ben what happened and he told me that the deposit only secures the price for 24 hours it does not prevent the car from being sold. This was the exact opposite of what Kristen ASSURED me on multiple occasions. The whole point of me putting a deposit down was to ensure the car wouldn't be sold the next day. While I do not believe it was Kristen's intention to lie to me, she did regardless. Multiple times. Ben then tried to “make good” by offering to sell me other cars that were also not in my price range nor were they the car I wanted and had put a deposit down on. I then called Kristen to get her side of the story and while she was very apologetic, did little to help me understand how this possibly could have happened. She stated that she received a text from her manager that morning asking her where the keys were for the Toyota Rav4 (the car I was going to buy) were. At this point, Kristen should have either 1 - told the manager it was on hold for her client (me) or 2 - called me immediately to let me know what was going on. I was so excited to get this car, we had a contract drawn up, I had a deposit down, everything was going very smoothly and yet here I am, writing a scathing review because I was lied to. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. As someone who doesn't a big budget to spend on a car, I was so excited to finally find a car that met my criteria and that I could afford. I feel completely taken advantage and am very upset. We will be seeking legal action. More
