This is the second car we bought from Ed Napleton Honda! They are absolutely fantastic! Tristan, our salesman, was excellent and gave us amazing, attentive service! BUY ELSEWHAERE. BAIT AND SWTICH! Terrible Sales Process. Slow! I came in with my daughter to look at and drive a specific car. We decided we wanted the car that the internet said had a "Final Price" of $ Slow! I came in with my daughter to look at and drive a specific car. We decided we wanted the car that the internet said had a "Final Price" of $6100. I told them I was a cash customer. They then added $900 in dealer work to the price and another $199 to the price. Shady dealer and tactics. Once the Sales manager knew I was a cash customer and didn't want all of the add ons they treated me like a 2nd class sale. 3 f'ing hours. Then they sent the poor sales guy over to do all of the paperwork. I am not done with them... they didn't even give me the title. ALL SAID AND DONE I PAID $100 OVER THE FINAL PRICE. More

I set up an appointment to test drive a Honda Accord 2 liter sport. I was assured over the phone that one was available for test drive, and set up an appointment. They completely wasted my time. More

The business manager/finance dept, absolute xxxxxxxx, -5 stars. Came in to test drive w/o intent to buy, found a ‘16 Civic Touring in my price range that I decided to move forward with. Spent 7 hours at the dealership, mostly waiting, Robert was very friendly and always checked up on us. Made it back to finance to find them trying to absolutely bend me over. Told me my credit was 150 points lower than what it reports at, even at the rates provided and all financial info accounted for they were asking 130-230 MORE than what monthly payments calculated out to be and would not explain or drop to the actual number. After fighting finance for 45 mins and 4-5 trips out to the business manager to “help us out” i had to become even more assertive after trying it all and tell them im leaving. I had my patience tested on another level and wasted 7 hours to get the fullest run around there was and biggest load of xxxxxxxx from finance and manager. Finally got up and left, BUT WAIT IT DOESNT END THERE. Got to the car about to leave, manager sent Robert running out after us and said we have a deal to work out on a 2020 civic sport. Went back skeptical not wanting to do anything, they then tried coercing me and my girlfriend into an *ILLEGAL, SHADY* straw purchase making her name on the loan but it being “my” car with me making payments and me being on the title. Disgusting and shady, clearly desperate to move cars and will go to any extent, this business manager will do it all to you thinking theyre gonna win. 10/10 would not recommend, i truly wish Robert worked somewhere not commission based because I would love to work with him but at this point refuse to give Napleton my business. Brandon Mers was a VERY awesome salesperson! He found me the car I wanted and even had the GM Tom go get it for me from another dealer just to make me happy and earn my business here. I’d recommend not buying a used car. Buying a used car is easy, it’s the 5 month down the road maintenance you should worry about. I’ve owned this vehicle for less than 6 months come the oil change, apparent easy, it’s the 5 month down the road maintenance you should worry about. I’ve owned this vehicle for less than 6 months come the oil change, apparently I’m due for a 100,000 mile maintenance package. This total is $1,100. Remind you, I barely did close to 500 miles with this car after purchasing it late spring. The Honda rep will give you the run around saying it’s not their fault. I suggest you go somewhere else. They don’t care about you or the used car, long as they make money! More
