Brand new 2022 Honda civic broke down in TX leaving son stranded Jan. 3, 2022. General Manager Tom Dempsey told us to fly my son home and they will refund. Still have not seen that money yet. This is a brand new off the show room floor with power steering motor issues. Assigned 2 case managers to whom neither answer calls nor emails. This is ridiculous how Honda is giving us the run around after selling us a Lemon 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback. Refund us our money Tom Dempsey, General Manager, Antoine, Case Manager, Delmy, Case Manager, Kristin at Honda Claims and American Honda. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! More
