Unprofessional Was dealing with a "manager" over the phone, show up on the day they suggested to buy and take delivery and they're not there. Get assigned a junior sales person who doesn't know anything about me, my already filled out credit app, or cars. Loud music playing in the sales area so I can't hear anything he's mumbling. Was brought incorrect paperwork after sitting for 20 minutes waiting for another manager to print it out. Finally got to finance and they were just rude and unprofessional. I've bought cars from cold call walk in, test drive, trade-in and fill out credit app in less time. More
My salesman was a cool older gentlemen named Gerald Griffin he was great; patient, professional, and straightforward. The one issue I couldn't get addressed was my credit score being 100 points lower t Griffin he was great; patient, professional, and straightforward. The one issue I couldn't get addressed was my credit score being 100 points lower than what it shows on credit karma and credit check total. Self serving bias aside I understand had I purchased a newer car (like I intended to do) I would have been offered a lower interest rate. But, I was more than content to purchase an older car all cash and not have a car note. When I addressed the issue with the service manager (whose name I have forgotten) he was dismissive. He told me, "Work on your credit, save a little money, and the next time when you come back maybe you'll be able to get something nicer." In my imagination he should have allowed me to pull up credit karma and compared to whatever service they use to help me finance at a lower interest rate by calling their service if need be to advocate on my behalf but, he took the easy way out. As for the car itself it's a gem. One owner who seems to have meticulously kept up all the maintenance and regularly cleaned it. I put a radio with Bluetooth capabilities in it and have been driving it everyday for my commute from Chicago to Joliet. Since my other car is a gas guzzling V8 my whole goal was to get something more fuel efficient. Mission accomplished! More

It was a Saturday, and busy, but everyone was helpful and courteous and treated us as family. Mr. Gerald Griffin was knowledgeable and handled our purchase professionally and expertly. He set up our Pilot the way we wanted and showed us everything we needed to know. They even had a financing special which we jumped on.
