Sales Dept rating 5 with vehicle purchase/computer system. Service ok, but need better communication. Went for 2 hr. recall job, wasted trip as parts not in, would take all day, would call when part system. Service ok, but need better communication. I called day 2 not done. Day 3 no call, so I called, truck was done, doing paperwork. I had to call to find out status instead of service calling me to inform. Better communication with customers would be really nice. Would be helpful if new customers could be introduced to service dept manager. More

Love this place. They are always spot on do a great job. The service writers found that I had Ford reward points I wasnt even aware I had. My oil change, tire rotation and inspection did not cost me a dime. They did 2 recalls why it was there and replaced a faulty tire pressure sensor. And they have long term employees so I know them all. Just a great place. A +++++ More
