Plan for at least 2 1/2 hours. The service department is either understaffed, poorly managed, or both. We have two Acuras and the story is always the same. We make an appointment for regular service (never just "walk in"), someone who just started there eventually greets us, we need to sit down and take forever just for regular maintenance - which tire rotation is sometime included and sometimes extra, I wait in the "Internet Room" that is usually WAY TOO HOT and can hear all of the lame conversations of the service guys in the adjoining rooms, I sit and watch my car for 20 minutes or more before it disappears to the service area, 90 minutes or more later, some guy needs to find me and let me know what else they found wrong or it's almost done and being "washed", 15 minutes later car is ready. Even with an appointment, I've never waited less than 2 1/2 hours for a simple 5,000 maintenance. More

Unbelievable terrible service I literally sat in the bay for 25 minutes, two people asked if I was being helped. My reply was the same,"Not yet" I was told by one person someone wo I literally sat in the bay for 25 minutes, two people asked if I was being helped. My reply was the same,"Not yet" I was told by one person someone would be right with me and the other that he did not work in this department. I counted at least 7 people that I made eye contact with as I sat in my car in the bay with garage door closed I front of me. Talk about terrible customer service. This Acura dealership is 15 mins from my house and I'm constantly reminded why I should continue to drive the extra 25 mins out of the way to at least be acknowledged. Sadly after waiting all that time they still couldn't help me because they were extremely busy and understaffed. Some how that became the consumers problem which means no business. That makes sense?...or no cents, literally. Unless you have a free day to sit and wait don't make any plans even if you have an appointment. . The one good thing I can say is usually they have the snacks replenish for the customers that tend to wait there at least three hours average. Good luck if you decide to come here. More

after 29+ years, its time to find someone new third bad experience; trouble scheduling; price was way off for routine maintenance; car not ready when promised; fluids not topped off and tires had third bad experience; trouble scheduling; price was way off for routine maintenance; car not ready when promised; fluids not topped off and tires had five pound variance in pressure - had to argue with service guy that there was a problem with two tires losing air (surprise - they had nails in them). used to be fabulous. very disappointing. At first very polite and confirmed they would honor USAA pricing and even give a military discount. However, they absolutely rip of on trade in. I am glad I never mentioned over 10k downpayment, prob would have ripped me off even more. Salesman was down right rude when I tried negotiating the $ of the trade. For an Atlanta size city, Voyles is definitely not competitive or understands what customers expect from a premium brand dealership. Regardless, went to another voulme sale dealer and received a much better deal, hint: they are the largest dealer in Atanta for Acura. More
The Service Department is slow and not customer focused I made an appointment for an oil change for my 2012 TL which is the last service of the prepaid service plan I bought when I purchased the car. The oil change took 2 hours and I had to get the service manager involved to get my car after 2 hours or it would have taken longer. They did not even check on an issue that I requested they look at. I have brought my TL in for service for the last three years and have received similar treatment. I wanted to give them a fair shake but can not recommend this dealership for their service dept. They are very uncaring and unprofessional. Steer clear of this dealers service dept. More
