This dealership is not a good reflection of the Honda brand Ryan basically treated me like an inconvenience when I purchased a new Honda Fit from him. Rohan was good at following up with some issues I had with Ryan basically treated me like an inconvenience when I purchased a new Honda Fit from him. Rohan was good at following up with some issues I had with my purchase; Pete, the general manager, not so much as my phone calls to him were never returned. If I ever purchase another Honda (not likely at this point), it sure won't be from Ed Voyles Honda, and I sure won't be taking my Fit here for service. More

Great dealership I made an appointment with Mr David Morson on last Sunday.This is the first time I went to Ed Voyles Honda and my GPS misled me to a wrongside and I h I made an appointment with Mr David Morson on last Sunday.This is the first time I went to Ed Voyles Honda and my GPS misled me to a wrongside and I had to call Mr Morson for help. He was very busy that day but he still came to me to guide me, which made my life much easy that day. He introduced many good features about the vehicle I wanted to buy and made my test-drive much easy. I am very satisfied with my purchase. A painless, most enjoyable afternoon buying a new car My husband and I were in the market to buy a new car. Because we are fortunate to have two small grandsons and another on the way, we needed. a vehic My husband and I were in the market to buy a new car. Because we are fortunate to have two small grandsons and another on the way, we needed. a vehicle that would accommodate 3 car seats with room for others to be able to ride in the car comfortably. The financing, signing all the paperwork, and getting the car ready to take home, didn't take more than two hours. All the people we dealt with were so friendly, accommodating, and professional. It was much easier than finding a new bathing suit. Since I am the one that will be driving this car primarily, I did not want to be a soccer mom again. Don Marlowe changed my mind and I went home with a beautiful Honda Odessey. The Mini van is so easy to drive, easy to put the boys in, and still have room for a sroller, groceries and other packages. Mr. Marlowe has checked on us, been available for all my questions, and continues to make sure we are completely satisfified. What else could we ask for? More

Being a 30 year old single female, Shane Eimerman was AHmazingly helpful and supportive in the what I thought was going to be a fiasco in car buying. Being a 30 year old single female, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like people say "car dealers" do- no way. He helped me figure out what was sound and reasonable that would fit my needs, his PATIENCE was much appreciated with my indecisiveness, and his manner very professional while not making me feel like "just another sale." I don't think I could have asked for a better car buying experience, and for that I am grateful! The finance Manger, Steve, also worked miracles. I'm amazed! Ed Voyles Honda is where you need to go for all your car buying needs! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and totally made me feel special! Thanks guys!! More

From the time we stepped out of our car we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed assistance. We were able to work with Alex. A little bit of our story, we recently went from a family of 3 to 5. We have a 3 year old and 2 month old twins. We were previously driving a mid size suv which was not working out for 5 of us. We knew we wanted and desperately needed a van,but we knew we had negative equity in our vehicle and was so worried that we would not be able to work anything out. Alex showed us every single van available to find the perfect one. Usually car shopping is such a hassle, not at Ed Voyles Honda! We told Alex what vehicle we wanted, how much pay off was on our trade in, how much we could afford to put down, and how much we needed our new payment to be. I went for a test drive and finance guy Maurice got to work! Shortly after I returned, Alex told us that Maurice was almost ready for us! Everything we needed was taken care of! Our payment was right, down payment was affordable, negative equity on trade in was resolved, and we were the proud new owners of a 2013 honda odyssey. I truly appreciate such exceptional service from ed voyles honda pre owned. We were treated as family. They truly cared about our needs and worked above and beyond to meet them.
