In my situation, I'm in a wheelchair so it's easy to judge a book by the cover and possibly say this guy isn't going to buy a car so no need to spend too much time. Let me say a picture is worth a 1000 words but hopefully you reading this post can get the gist. The first time I visited I was greeted by Ben Booker. One word to describe him is: WOW! Not only did he not brush me off but also he took time showing me several models, explaining features, and helping make sure it was a car I could physically get in and out easy because of the disability. Ben was such a great help and is the reason I went back in less than 8 months and bought my second car, their luxury model, from Ben. See, superior customer service always wins with me and the service sales the product not so much the product. Finally, I have purchased 11 cars in 10 years (yes 11) with two from Ben and hands down working with him and his team has been the best experience ever! If you want to ride nice, know what you're buying, and best value then see my man, Ben Booker! More

They asked what my definition of a 'timely fashion' was. I just asked for my car back and left. My time is valuable! That's why I made an appointment for a specific time. I run two businesses. I don't do this to my clients! I don't have time for this kind of customer service. More
