I found the vehicle by using Autotrader and decided to give the dealership a chance. I would recommend Ed Voyles Hyundai (or any of its dealerships) and would use them again when I am looking to purchase another vehicle. I was looking at ALL midsize Crossovers/SUVs to replace my 2002 Ford Explorer. Pathfinder, Explorer, Acadia, Equinox etc... I had been to several other Dealerships where I was treated in such a way that I my 2002 Ford Explorer. Pathfinder, Explorer, Acadia, Equinox etc... I had been to several other Dealerships where I was treated in such a way that I will NEVER GO BACK and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. So I came to Ed Voyles because thats where I bought my Ford Explorer - from Josh Hatch at Ed Voyles Honda Used Cars in 2008. It was an incredible experience so I HAD TO COME BACK TO ED VOYLES. I decided this time I wanted a New vehicle so I was referred to Eric Paredes at Ed Voyles Hyundai, by Marty Hammerman at Ed Voyles Honda. Eric asked me a whole bunch of questions, LISTENED TO MY ANSWERS, took me for a test drive to see if I even liked the Santa Fe and upon our return he managed to find and pull up a Hyundai Santa Fe AWD (the only AWD on the lot) with everything I wanted (even the color was beautiful). I TOLD HIM IT MUST BE AWD AND HE FOUND IT/HAD IT. We went for another test drive VERY NICE. I found it to be an incredible feeling to test drive the actual vehicle I wanted (with all the bells and whistles I want - no more, no less). I was encouraged to take the vehicle for an extended test drive and bring it back the next day to give them my final decision. I did exactly that and more research on THIS vehicle. Upon my return the next day we immediately began to discuss the price, trade-in and ALL military appreciation incentives with ISM Pat Losack, topped off by an incredible financing offer from Rashid Ali, and I drove away EXTREMELY HAPPY with my FIRST EVER NEW CAR. ED Voyles Hyundai gets major brownie points with me because... #1) THEY HAD THE CAR I WANTED ON THE LOT !!! Do you have any idea how hard it is to find AWD/4WD on the lot? Sure I could have just ordered what I wanted but that could take two months. #2) They are incredibly professional, personable and accommodating with each and every GUEST that comes in... #3) They didn't make me feel like they were trying to SELL me the vehicle, they introduced the vehicle to me and gave me the time I needed to make this VERY EXPENSIVE decision. After all, I am the one buying it not them and there are a lot of other vehicles to choose from. It all comes down to this, I am an Ed Voyles customer for life. Due to the exceptional treatment from the Ed Voyles staff, I will never go anywhere else. If I or anyone I know needs a New/Used vehicle I will always (and have since February 2008) recommended Ed Voyles Family of vehicles. This is my 4th Hyundai. I have loved them all and had great results with each. Ed Voyles Hyundai is the only Hyundai Dealership I have dealt with and have always received exceptional Customer Service. I great results with each. Before going into the dealership, I did some research online and through Truecar.com. I had also been referred to this dealership and sales person (Pat Losack) so I was glad to find out that they were o online and through Truecar.com. I had also been referred to this dealership and sales person (Pat Losack) so I was glad to find out that they were one of the Truecar.com dealers. The other Truecar.com certified Hyundai dealers in the area were very pushy and overly persistent (in my opinion) and kept sending me emails, texts, etc immediately after I completed my Truecar.com certificate. Pat was not being pushy, but did answer all my questions that I asked and sent photos of the car that I was interested in, so I ended up going there to make my deal. Pat has a very friendly and easy going personality and was attentive & accommodating as we worked through the numbers to figure out the best deal for me. Once the deal was made, he sat with me in the car and went through the basic operations and was available to answer any questions. Since then, he has been helpful & responsive to other questions I have had concerning the car. I highly recommend going to see Pat Losack for your next car purchase! More

I am completely impressed with Ed Voyles Hyundai. They exceeded my expectations and stand as the very first dealership that I'd ever refer my family and friends to. The shopping and purchasing experiences were exactly what I needed. Ben Booker seemed to sense that I was a serious customer and allowed me the time and space to contemplate the options on the lot. He responded promptly when I texted or emailed him, and he proactively suggested creative ways to decide on the vehicle that was right for me. I went in with my eyes on a 2013 and was ready to settle for a lesser vehicle than I really wanted, but he moved me towards the 2014 that was everything that I wanted. I wasn't 'tricked,' I didn't feel 'sold to.' He understood what I wanted and worked with me to make the best choice. These are uncommon traits in a car salesman and precisely the traits that I, as a customer, want to see more of. More
I searched online and received a follow up promptly. I made an appointment and the sales manager was available when I arrived. He went through price options for both cars I was interested in down to final amounts and monthly payment options. He was up front with me on the price and any rebates available. He did not push me to make a decision then and there. I reached out to him multiple times the following week with questions and he was quick and courteous in responding to my emails and phone calls. He even came and picked me up at my house to take me to the dealership to purchase the car because I did not have anyone to take me so that I could drive the car home. He sat with me in the car and went over all the details and how to use all the features of the car. Even after the purchase, he has been there to answer any further questions and follow up. Awesome first buying experience! More
I bought a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE from them brand new in the same year. Now, only 27k miles later, the dual mass flywheel cutch assembly is gone and I have been babying this car. I contacted this dealer and was told they would need $800 just to look at it. Then after looking online I found a swarm of people complaining about the same thing leading all the way back to a class action law suit that Hyundai lost in 2003 and went right back to using them again, including some of their NEW cars still. They were rude and refused to help me in any way. More
