I am taking time to write this review because I feel like most people take time to write negative reviews only. But my experience is the complete oppositie of that. After going to 5 other dealerships and fee most people take time to write negative reviews only. But my experience is the complete oppositie of that. After going to 5 other dealerships and feeling hassled by their salesmen my husband and I decided to give one more dealership a try - I am so glad we did!! We met James and he took very good care of us. He treated us like a family member. Gave us the best deal and made the paperwork a breeze. Today I just signed another new lease 2014 Sorento, which replaced my 2011 Sorento. I think I am a fastidious and choosy customer, particularly when I buy a big thing like a car. I received several phone calls from Mr. Robichaud for the last couple weeks, regarding the options and opportunities that Kia provides for continuing customers. He explained all the detailed information and patiently answered my concerns and questions. The phone calls moved me to come by the dealer shop at least to look for a new car. When I met him in the dealer shop, he found him a very kind and likeable guy as I expected. He assisted me honestly in "my" side, which convinced me more. Due to his assistance, I had a good deal: I will pay almost the same monthly payment for the new car with better options as I did for the old one. I am happy with the new car. Thanks James. And I strongly recommend James to anybody who wants to buy a car. More

I was invited to visit the dealership to see if they could move me from my expiring 2011 Optima lease into a 2013 Kia for little increase or less in monthly payment. With the help of my salesperson Jame could move me from my expiring 2011 Optima lease into a 2013 Kia for little increase or less in monthly payment. This is my 2nd time around w/ these guys and the service and professionalism was top tier and to be honest, I really expected no less.
