They really low-balled me on my trade-in and wouldn't budge on the used car I wanted to buy. After they increased the trade a little, the "closer" tried to get me to sign before taking it "to the manager budge on the used car I wanted to buy. The car is fine, but they could have touched it up better. Salesman was a very nice young man who knew his stuff, but I wouldn't go back to this dealer. More

Multiple trips to replace my heated driver seat that stopped working. Derrick was wonderful even though it was 3-4 trips to fix it. Biggest suggestion, more coffee options, add soft drinks and add some stopped working. Derrick was wonderful even though it was 3-4 trips to fix it. Biggest suggestion, more coffee options, add soft drinks and add some type of pastry ... sitting there for 2hrs +, a comfortable couch would be nice as well. Been to another dealership that offered all this, that's where my comparison is coming from More
