Very good - expressed to Steve Jackson! Steve Jackson heard about my problem - met me on arrival and turned me over to Brian who immediately started checking/confirming the situation with c Steve Jackson heard about my problem - met me on arrival and turned me over to Brian who immediately started checking/confirming the situation with car as to my 'trouble shooting' report -- confirmed bad battery (only lasted 15 months via 84 months) - while Brian & crew changed out that 'lemon' battery - Steve introduced me to a car salesman 'JD' who showed me a new Rogue in which we may be able to get my wife interested! Who knows? You're in good hands with folk like Steve, Brian & JD! More
