After getting approved for a truck found several issues with it. Most of them were fixed but would not fix the windshield or replace the missing headlight access covers that were missing. the salesman was with it. I will never deal with this company again for nothing. Very bad typical used car salespeople and will not recommend dealing with these people again. More

I had my car in for a oil change, in all the other times I’ve had a text video of the mechanic underneath my car, telling me about my brakes and other components this did not happen. I told him I had a light that was not working he wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee without knowing he told me it would cost $619 to replace the light? Me and my mom came in the dealership wanting to get me into a truck and I test drove one truck and athen they said that they couldn’t get me approved for a truck after being told that they could get me a into a truck and I test drove one truck and athen they said that they couldn’t get me approved for a truck after being told that they could get me approved for the truck that I test drove and then we went to another Wichita area dealership and my mom got approved for a Chevrolet colarado but if eddy’s Chevrolet would have tried harder and not tried to make me buy a Ford bronco I would have bought the truck that I test drove and not went to another dealership and got what I wanted and then one day later I tested my salesman and tried to get him to give me more money than they originally wanted to give me for my car and supposedly they said that they would give me more than what they originally said but they still wanted me to get the ford bronco but that’s not what I wanted and I told them that but they still wanted me to get that suv instead of a truck that was trying to get More

Our visiting Eddy's Everything Chevrolet Cadillac was the best truck shopping experience, ever !!!! This was our third vehicle purchased from this Dealership. We reside in Oklahoma, but found in our search best truck shopping experience, ever !!!! This was our third vehicle purchased from this Dealership. We reside in Oklahoma, but found in our search for a truck here was not possible; the dealers were unfriendly, some very unprofessional and downright rude!! (Stuterville Chevrolet, Ponca City, Ok). We went to Texas; similar experience. Reluctantly we went back to Oklahoma, and decided to go to lunch at a Rock-N-Brews in Braman, and met a couple with an "Eddy's Everything Chevrolet/Cadillac, Wichita, Kansas" badge on the tail gate of their truck, like the one I was looking for. We met the couple and they swore about the treatment they received at this place! We went there the next day. I drove home a brand new truck in a matter of a couple of hours!! We went back the following year for a bigger engine and 4x4 feature, and drove home yet another, brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss !!! With all the travelling and camping we enjoy, my wife was missing heated seats, and some refinements. We drove up to Wichita and drove home a beautiful, brand new Chevy Silverado RST !!!! It is perfect for our needs and driving habits; low enough so my wife can get in and out, but lifted enough to clear obstacles and brush! She loves the HEATED STEERING WHEEL!!!!! Our Silverado RST: Rides like a Cadillac, runs like a Camaro!!!!!!! We tell all our friends and family about the wonderful experience and treatment we ALWAYS receive at this amazing Dealership. Chris was our sales associate and made every attempt, successfully to ensure our endeavor was not a waste of time or money. We absolutely love our new truck but can't wait to get back to see what Eddy's Team has up their sleeve next year!!!!!! Eddy's Everything Chevrolet/Cadillac of Wichita Kansas is the best representation of a Chevrolet Dealership, what it should look like and feel like !!! Eddy's nailed it!!!!! Thank you, to all the folks who pulled together to make certain we were comfortable, excited and never once left us wondering if we did the right thing or not. You can do it too; It's easy!!! From Oklahoma, from the I-35, head North to Wichita, and look for the beacon of Chevrolet !!!!!!!!! That would be Eddy's Everything Chevrolet / Cadillac!!!!!!!!!!!! More
