My wife went in to purchase a '22 Jeep Grand Cherokee with our two children with her. The sales assistant helping her, Elliot, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. The agreed to a price on with our two children with her. The sales assistant helping her, Elliot, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. The agreed to a price on her trade-in, signed an agreement, and she proceeded with the purchase. After she got home, she realized her financing terms were incorrect, that they snuck in every single warranty, and that her trade in value was over $5000 low. Assuming it was simply a mistake, she went immediately back and asked for it to be correctly reflected. One of the managers, Jeff, said they'd never give her that price for her vehicle and that she should have paid more attention. She asked for Elliot to explain that they both agreed to that, but they insisted she come back the next day to figure it out since the bank was closed. The next morning I personally reached out to the general manager, Todd Wright, to see what could be done. After a few exchanging of calls, he assured me that they'd be able to get things straightened out. My wife went back into the dealership in the afternoon that next day because Todd said my wife told him that I was deployed. Upon asking Elliot if she had said that, he said that she hadn't. He belittled my wife in front of his entire staff while with our baby and when she got teary eyed he asked her 'why she was so emotional'. Todd then tried explaining to her that her trade-in was, somehow, valued at even less than what they snuck into the financing, but that he'd make it right and that we'd be satisfied. I left work to go in and sign the corrected financing and once my wife, myself, and Elliot entered the room, Todd began a demeaning tone towards my wife. She wanted Elliot in the room to verify what was agreed upon. Todd never once looked at Elliot to show him and ounce or respect or decency, nor did he care that Elliot sided with my wife. After berating my wife and talking to her in a condescending tone in front of our 10-month-old son, I sternly told him "First of all, DO NOT talk to my wife that way." He tried to cut me off, so I again said "Do NOT F******* talk to my wife like that. He then began arguing with me for probably 2 or 3 minutes and I finally told him to give us our previous vehicle back. We left his room, two of his employees apologized for him as we left, and that was that. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, please do not go to Eddy's CDJR, and if you do, please be aware that Todd is perhaps the worst GM that I've ever dealt with. Elliot was trying to explain to Todd the situation, but it fell on deaf ears. We were told that our trade-in value would be lucky to fall somewhere between $40k and $45k, only after my wife signed and agreed to $48,425. We went to CarMax and they appraised our trade-in at $50,998. Edit*: Wife just went to another dealership on 4/13/22 and the finance manager saw that Eddy's CDJR put my income as $4000 more per month than what we told them for the credit application. So, we would have been yo-yoed into either renegotiating, likely with much worse terms, or returning the vehicle. More
Definitely look over all of you paperwork when purchasing a vehicle. I got screwed on my trade in value. What we agreed to and what they put on the paperwork was not the same. Apparently the finance guy make a vehicle. I got screwed on my trade in value. What we agreed to and what they put on the paperwork was not the same. Apparently the finance guy makes commission off of the sales of extended warranty services he will tell you it costs way less than what he actually charges. It's sad that that they are allowed to blatantly lie to you and steal your money. DEFINITELY DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT CHECK ALL OF THE NUMBERS!!!!!!!! More
I spoke to Ashley in customer service and never heard back. This is literally my first negative review and my experience couldn’t be any worse. I paid a deposit for a brand new truck and received photos back. This is literally my first negative review and my experience couldn’t be any worse. I paid a deposit for a brand new truck and received photos of it being delivered. I sold my car that weekend expecting to pickup my new truck. I get a call 3 days later telling me there is damage and excessive mileage on the brand new car. I received no photos or an alternative. I’m stuck looking for another car now. More

Sucks when you set up an appointment for a oil change and find out it’s just a drop off time. What’s the point of setting up a time if I can drop it off at any time. Never use this place again. Remember p find out it’s just a drop off time. What’s the point of setting up a time if I can drop it off at any time. Never use this place again. Remember people is just a drop off time not a scheduled appointment. You will probably end up setting there all day. More
UNETHICAL...! On June the 2nd I took my soon to buy him a new vehicle,.Terry was our sales person, after deciding on the vehicle we decided to go ahead and purchase On June the 2nd I took my soon to buy him a new vehicle,.Terry was our sales person, after deciding on the vehicle we decided to go ahead and purchase it, I was going to cosigned for him but decided instead for him to do it on his own. I agree to $1500 down payment, he singed the paperwork (contracts) they put a 60 day temporary tag. some time later they ask for additional money down which I agree to an addition $1000 for a total of $2500 down payment. On June the 16th they called and said we needed to bring the vehicle back since the financing fell through !! and they fallow up with other phone calls threatening with reporting the vehicle STOLEN, when we brought the vehicle back they refused to give me the entire $2500 down payment. Their excuse for keeping $600 of my down payment is because we put miles on the vehicle that they allowed us to take home.. I did not accept the $1900 the wanted to give me back of my $2500. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEF'S AND LAIRS...!! This practice should be Illegal which I believe it is and reported to the better business bureau. Please be ware of this dealer and their unethical practices.. More
