Jason Roberts is a GREAT salesman! I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle as I had leased a Prius in 2011, which only had a little over 18,000 miles on it. I got a few calls from Jason I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle as I had leased a Prius in 2011, which only had a little over 18,000 miles on it. I got a few calls from Jason saying that he could get me into a new 2014 Prius at a good price. I told him I thought it would be pretty hard for him to either meet or beat what I my payments were, but he insisted he thought he could. He asked me to come in and talk to him, and I finally agreed and we set an appointment. I pretty much gave Jason an ultimatum when I set the appt. & told him I'd be there at a certain time and would give him 30-45 minutes and if we couldn't come to an understanding on what I wanted on the vehicle and that payments had to be the same or right around what I was already paying, or I would walk out. True to his word, we talked, he showed me the car and I test drove it while they checked out my car, and in about 40 minutes we had a deal. I was rushed into finance to get the paperwork started but had to get going as I had to get home. I told them I'd come back the next evening to pick up the car, which I did. When I got there, Jason got me into see Jim Elledge to finish the paperwork. They had the car detailed and waiting for me. Jason showed me some of the new features and paired my phone with the Blue Tooth in the car and off I drove in my new car with payments just a little more than what I was paying on my 2011 Prius. I'm not an easy person to deal with when buying cars, but it was a good experience with Jason and the rest of the crew. I have been going to Eddy's Toyota ever since I moved to Wichita for service on my Toyota Celica and have had great experiences with the service department (minus not so good one a couple of months ago). So all in all, I would recommend Eddy's Toyota to someone looking to buy a Toyota, which I feel is a good vehicle. Thanks Jason and Eddy's Toyota! Kay Kisner More

Keith was excellent with getting me the rate I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a customer not a dollar sign. More

Jacob Roberts and Zack Storm took the time to find me the right car that I was looking for and was able to get the terms that I was looking for. I normally lease my vehicles and have found that Eddy's give right car that I was looking for and was able to get the terms that I was looking for. When I arrived at Eddy's Jacob greated me with a friendly smile and let me look over the cars on the lot without standing over my shoulder until I was able to find the model I was interested in leasing. He then took me on a test drive and answer all of my question about the features on the vehicle. Zack Storm his supervisor step in and made sure I was totally satsified with my purchase and got me the best deal that I could received and never back away from what my goals were and not necessary what the dealership wanted at first. Jason Roberts and Blake Silsby really worked with me on getting the deal I wanted trading in my 2012 Camry for a 2014 Camry. I went in with a number in my head and amazingly enough, they were able to get getting the deal I wanted trading in my 2012 Camry for a 2014 Camry. I went in with a number in my head and amazingly enough, they were able to get within a couple of hundred of what I had in mind, so I went for it. By the way, I still drive the 1992 Camry I bought at Eddy's in 1992. It's got 324K and still going strong. Still quiet and reliable. Toyotas are the best. More
