I visited the dealership today for service and left with a new car. Apparently this is not unusual. Roy in the service department efficiently guided me to Junior. Junior did his thing - with style and fla a new car. Apparently this is not unusual. Roy in the service department efficiently guided me to Junior. Junior did his thing - with style and flare then the big guns were brought in - I assume to close the deal. I think his name was Luke. Then the finance folks and I was out of there with my new car. Pretty efficient system. Thank you all for your kindnesses - I was emotionally attached to my old car and I am generally satisfied with the financial part of the deal. I have had three corollas and am now on my third Scion XB. More

Otis Johnson was our salesperson and he was very helpful to us when we purchased our new 2013 Toyota Highlander. He showed us all the different features of the vehicle and the differences between the trims. to us when we purchased our new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We got our first Toyota Prius (new) in 2009 and never regretted it! Eddy's Toyota dealership is a great place to get the car ( new or used) and have it serviced there too. The personnel in friendly, knowledgeable, and the quality of service is exceptional! That was the reason why we returned to the dealership this year when we decided to upgrade our cars. Jesse Abbott was our salesman. He is a person with great attitude, considerate of the needs and desires of his clients, and willing to go that extra mile and beyond to get the car the client wants and can afford. We bought two cars (Prius 2010 and Tacoma 2011) from him and became his loyal customers. We highly recommend Jesse Abbott as a salesperson to ask for if you come to this dealership to purchase a car. I had an initial misunderstanding with the sales representative concerning my perceptions and his regarding an upgrade to my vehicle that I purchased at the time of the sale. However, when managem representative concerning my perceptions and his regarding an upgrade to my vehicle that I purchased at the time of the sale. However, when management was made aware of the situation, they were very anxious to provide me with what I understood I had purchased. They bent over backward to make sure that I was ultimately happy with the finished product I received, even though almost 6 weeks had passed since my purchase date of October 19. Kudos to the management of Eddy's Toyota. They really want the customer to walk away happy with the total package. Despite my initial misgivings to their commitment to customer service and value, at the end of the day they really came through and delivered on their promises. Other than my now resolved misunderstanding with the sales representative, my purchasing experience with Eddy's Toyota was easy and painless. My salesman was pleasant and informative, the finance department was efficient and friendly, and the work they performed on my car, though not exactly what I understood I had ordered, was professionally installed. I would (and probably will) do business with them again in the future. More
