We had bought an Avalon 10 years ago with Anthony and was very pleased, so we went back for another. Mike was working with Anthony and they both worked to get our business. Liz was a dynamite sales woman and she had patience with me and my husband. She stayed in touch with me for 8 month until I was ready to purchase. She called or emailed me every month. She searched for particular color of Yaris and found it. That was awesome. I was not wanting red, black or silver. The white was found 60 miles away and she called me and said "How can we earn your business". I like her because she was not pushy and was very knowledgeable of Toyota products. We left the dealership very satisfied and would come back and buy again. Also, I am in sales as well and I know how word of mouth keeps the money coming. Referrals is how any salesperson continues to build their sphere. I will try my best to sell the Eddy's Toyota dealership to my friends, family and clients. We are very very pleased with our new 2014 Toyota Yaris LE. Thank you Liz for not forgetting me during those 8 long months!~! Diana More
My experience with Dave @ Eddy's Toyota was to say the least, the WORST experience I'v had with any manager I've ever met. I brought my car in for service 11/25. While being serviced there an employee stole my iphone out of my car. Then i realizeD my bumper had been damaged while it was there; it was cracked and the fog lamp was broken. When I spoke to Dave about this he pretty much told me it was my fault I must have done the damage and that they were not going to fix it and that no one stole my phone. I admit i got out of control after he told me this, and he proceeded to call the cops on me because he didnt want me letting the rest of the customer know how they were screwing me over! This is not the only complaint i have about this dealership. Iv had my car for about 3 months and its been to Eddys's more than 4 times!!! NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT EDDYS OR WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER DAVE!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

In April, 2012 we purchased a 2012 Rav-4 with Ryan and were completely blown away with not only Ryan's Customer Service and knowledge of his product, but the Customer Service of the entire Eddy's Toyota t were completely blown away with not only Ryan's Customer Service and knowledge of his product, but the Customer Service of the entire Eddy's Toyota team. This past April, we decided to upgrade to the newer model Rav-4, so I called Ryan to assure that he still worked for the dealership. When I informed him of what we were looking for, he notified me that he was in a deal but would return my call in 15 minutes. In five minutes, my phone rang and it was Ryan. His deal had mad it into financing and he said, "I think I have just what you are looking for, come on up". We immediately drove up to the dealership and when we arrived, Ryan had the new Rav-4 pulled with tags, keys, and ready to test drive. After 2 hours of extreme nerves and emotions (and Ryan staying late and missing a previous appointment) he had had calmed down all the nerves and helped us work it to the numbers we needed. Last Saturday, on April 16... another phone call to Ryan, letting him know that we had received a letter in the mail about trading in a previous Toyota-Corolla we had purchased from Eddy's and that we MAY be interested in a Tacoma. While on the phone, he walked out on the lot and said, "I have ONE, you'll want to get right in here". We went in and took us over to a BRAND NEW,RIGHT OFF THE TRUCK, STILL PLASTIC WRAPPED, DIDN'T KNOW WHERE THE KEYS WERE, 2014 Toyota-Tacoma in Silver. EXACTLY what we were looking for! How does this Guy do this?!? We go in, again with a LITTLE bit of the back and forth, BUT Ryan gets us the numbers and all the while keeps us calm. Not only will I recommend Toyota, not only will I recommend Eddy's Toyota, I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ryan Pate of Eddy's Toyota, ANY DAY... PROUDLY!! Ryan Pate is an extreme benefit to Eddy's Toyota! This is the fourth Toyota I have purchased from Eddy's. I worked with Freddie and Ryan and found this to be the most stress free purchase I have made.
