I've been a long time customer of Rick (who recently moved to TX) and even followed I want to specifically bring positive attention to Shannon Rose. I've been a long time customer of Rick (who recently moved to TX) and even followed him to EP Nissan from Feldmann's. I have been his customer for over 20 yrs. I was concerned that with his moving, the relationship and report I'd built with him would be thrown away by the dealership. However, Shannon treated me with a high level of respect and offered me the same preference and treatment with my car that Rick has over the years. Great New Car Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location. More
