Exceptional customer service I had told my salesperson, Kirk Rose, what I was looking for in a car and that I was on a budget. Couldn't believe he had a beautiful blue Sentra park I had told my salesperson, Kirk Rose, what I was looking for in a car and that I was on a budget. Couldn't believe he had a beautiful blue Sentra parked right in front of the dealership when I arrived! He had really listened to my wants and needs. I knew the moment we began the "test drive" that this was the car for me, if I could afford it. He then showed me different options for financing and I was thrilled it was something I could do. Kirk has followed up with me to see how I like my new car.....oh, and he also gave me some flowers!! Perfect touch for a little old lady buying a car for herself! Great service I came in for an oil change and to have the wiper blades replaced. They also noticed a loose bolt on one of the wiper arms and tightened it. The com I came in for an oil change and to have the wiper blades replaced. They also noticed a loose bolt on one of the wiper arms and tightened it. The comprehensive review of my vehicle came back fine. I was in and out in about an hour. This Eden Prairie dealership is convenient to my home and has a very comfortable customer lounge area. I will definitely purchase my next Nissan there. More
