Great service advisor I purchased my Rouge in 2015 at EP Nissan and have had it serviced there since. Prior to that you serviced my Maxima. Rick Mize was my advisor until I purchased my Rouge in 2015 at EP Nissan and have had it serviced there since. Prior to that you serviced my Maxima. Rick Mize was my advisor until he moved away. I had not found a new advisor that I liked and trusted as much as Rick until this visit. David Estepp is my new guy! My Rouge was in for a 60,000 mile check (lots to do!!) and he explained what was to be completed and answered all my questions. Eden Prairie is not convenient for me and I was going to start going to the dealer closer to my home but now I will stay with EP Nissan because of David. More

In for an oil change and tire rotation The service manager was great. Car was serviced. One thing I am disappointed in has nothing to do with the service I received but with the vehicle. I was told that my 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum (that had a sticker price of over $65,000, did not have the capability of connecting with Apple CarPlay. I know so many people with other makes and models that retail for much less than mine that have this functionality. It seems like a huge miss in the product department. Please pass this on. More
