Overall very satisfactory - no complaints to the service I am experiencing some confusion over oil change times. I came in with under 2500 miles for my oil change but with a 5 month length since I have had I am experiencing some confusion over oil change times. I came in with under 2500 miles for my oil change but with a 5 month length since I have had the suv. I have questioned time/miles on 3 different times I have received 3 different answers. And, when I showed up there seemed to be more confusion and Khan indicated we would just go ahead. Then when the suv was done (in a very timely manner) I always note the sticker that indicates the next o/change. It showed date 10/12 or 7,500 . So is it not so simple as miles vs. months -- or????? Just attempting to "get it". Thanks. More
