Always a pleasure I like that I just pull in and head to the waiting area where there are always beverages and cookies as well as plenty of outlets for chargers etc. I I like that I just pull in and head to the waiting area where there are always beverages and cookies as well as plenty of outlets for chargers etc. I did ask for a car wash on this trip, but that didn't happen. Mostly good experience! My wife and I went and purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from here Friday night. Everyone for the most part was very nice and helpful. We got there 40 m My wife and I went and purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from here Friday night. Everyone for the most part was very nice and helpful. We got there 40 minutes before closing and they were still more then willing to help us and said it wouldn't be an issue when I asked if they wanted us to return the next day. Our sales person was Bryan Bailey who was awesome! He was very friendly and went out of his way to help us get into the vehicle we wanted. I would highly recommend him if you go here to get a vehicle and I would return to this dealer just because of him. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because our finance person Luke, was less then pleasant. He was very pushy which I understand they are at times to get you to buy things but having to tell him "no" many many many times and then questioning my abilities to repair vehicles etc. didn't make me happy at all and was very unprofessional in my opinion. When we turned down GAP insurance through them because I can get it through my insurance company he said "wow" in a not so happy tone and turned around to his printer. He also kept trying to push the extended warranty and when I said I could do most of the repairs myself or get help with doing them he started questioning me on my background of it and experience of fixing vehicles and how I would repair electrical issues. He also went as far asking if i was ASE certified or if anyone who would help me is which is something that is non of his business and irrelevant. If it wasn't for Bryan who was our sales person and how awesome he was I would give a lot less of a rating. Because of Luke it made my wife uncomfortable and left me very unhappy with my experience with him. More
