Deceitful Tactics Used AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! The car dealership used deceitful tactics. First, they tried to avoid honoring their truecar.com offering by charging me $3 AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! The car dealership used deceitful tactics. First, they tried to avoid honoring their truecar.com offering by charging me $3000 for "accessories" I did not want they claimed were already on the car. When the car arrived, those "accessories" were actually not on the car. Although the additional charge was removed, they used other deceitful tactics when it came to financing, after I already gave a deposit. I was approved for a financing loan through Chase Bank which they refused to honor. They claimed that Chase was not a preffered lender (even though Chase confirmed multiple times that they were) and refused to provide a name of any other preferred lender. I was given three options: 1) use their financing (at a much higher rate they determined without running my credit report), 2) pay cash for the car, or 3) leave. Even after I offered to pay cash for the car, in addition to my deposit, the dealership refused to honor the terms of the deal and asked me leave. They would not return my deposit at this time. I was also threatened that they would call the police if I didn't leave. I was forced to go without a car and without return of my deposit. More
Didn't do it right and truthfully for first time Buyer I purchased a vehicle recently. The sales rep. and manager did not provided the right documentation (inspection sticker, car fax, user manual, etc.) a I purchased a vehicle recently. The sales rep. and manager did not provided the right documentation (inspection sticker, car fax, user manual, etc.) and didn't provided tools and second key for the car, although it was trade in by previous owner. They even sold the car at high price then the market value and was more in selling their other service and did not disclose the facts like recall on the car or other facts related to any services on the car been done. disappointing and dishonest!! Hi, about 2 yrs ago we leased a 2015 Rogue at your Edison location. Part of our agreement is that we would get "free oil changes". I called to enquire Hi, about 2 yrs ago we leased a 2015 Rogue at your Edison location. Part of our agreement is that we would get "free oil changes". I called to enquire and scheduled my 2nd oil change because I take responsibility for not asking enough questions on the first one and they got me; they charged me for "free oil change". After asking my husband to drop off the car, he called me at work to tell me that there is a charge. I spoke with the service person on the phone who stated that the woman who told me this on the phone would not have known. I distinctly remember waiting for my "free" service because she gave me a "cut off" when it would be 100% free, again we paid as this person stuck with his story and was not very nice about it. This last time was out of control; my husband again came for our "free oil change" that he scheduled over the phone and again was assured that this will definitely be "free". My poor husband and daughter waited and waited for the car to be completed; this time there was a $500+ bill. My gentle husband lost it, it was explained to him that he needed a "tune up" and that's why the bill is so much, he was then offered a compromising $300+. I am baffled that your service department is so unprofessional and dishonest, my husband ordered them to remove any addition for their costly service from the car, they took the car then after waiting again for an extended period, returned the car. The next Monday I received a phone call from a Scott Hirsh, he was ok at first asking why we had an outstanding invoice - I tried explaining and then realized that I hadn't taken anyone's name, I asked him for his and he became almost abusive - his tone changed. He demanded to know why I needed his information, I advised him that I simply don't appreciate the way things are being handled and that I needed names of people I speak with. I asked him over and over again if they chose to service our car without our knowledge "how then can we be held responsible for something we hadn't budgeted for". I will say in Mr. Hirsh's defense - he did mention that he could see clearly that the invoice did not have our signature on it - giving them permission to perform any service other than a routine oil change More

Stephen Leonardis reached out to me from the dealership to help me start the process of getting into a new vehicle. Texting works best for me as I'm very busy during the day. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was through text. I actually had planned to come in sometime during late October, but the deal was too good to pass up. Needless to say I was impressed with how quickly we were able to negotiate something that fit my needs. My final words to him were "do you have it in glacier white"? I was in witin a day and drove home the same day with my new Rogue. Which I absolutely am in love with it. Thanks again Stephen ! More
