And indeed he succeeded. He was able to provide me with the maximum trade in value for my previous vehicle. The vehicle also has a great warranty, oil changes and routine servicing included. And Dave, with whom, I completed the documents for the financing with, was very helpful in explaining each document all while engaging my 10 year old son who thought he was hilarious! Excellent customer service!! Stephen Christian, was also very welcoming and helpful when I was having my new vehicle serviced with 4 new tires! His personality shined through as well. Inquiring if myself or my son needed anything and even extended his services by offering to order food for another patron who was waiting for their vehicle. Superb customer service!! Overall I am overwhelmed with joy that I was referred to this dealership because every member of the team have been fantastic, the manager, Amro, the finance coordinators, etc. This process (as stressful as the car purchasing process can be) was practically effortless because of the knowledge, skills and phenomenal customer service that has been provided. From the moment you walk in the dealership, there are greetings and smiles. The environment is warm and truly like extended family. And it's apparent that they want the best for their customers!
