John McShane my sales guy that helped me out was 5 stars!! He took the time to listen to me and my concerns and what I really wanted. He is a great guy with a lot of great stories and we had a lot of laughs and this made the process go quicker. I was sad to call back an hour after we agreed on a auto to cancel due to a personal financial issue that couldn't be avoided. I will however go back to John in a month or so and purchase a car from him as his is the consummate professional that this dealership has the enjoyment of selling for them. Great inventory is not the only thing a dealership needs to succeed. It has to have quality people, and John McShane is one of those. Anytime anyone will ask for a car guy, I am going to refer them to "Uncle John" as he gives you the vibe that he is family. That is what counts.... More

For credit above 750, APR IS 4.5 Very unprofessional. We bought a 2015 murano yesterday. For our credit rating above 750, APR we got was 4.5%. I asked why it is so high, we were told it was the tier one APR we are getting??? It was almost 10pm and we came at 6 pm, so We just sign and left because I know I can easily refinance it. I can't really believe their answer that 4.5% is a tier one APR?? This is the second new car I am buying. The first one almost pais off. More

I went to purchase a used car but they (Paul -Finance Manager) got me approved for a new car from Santander Bank at 18.65%APR***(The usury rate or legally permitted rate of interest of NJ is 16%). He also sold me the Extended Warranty (VSC) for $2000 claiming it was a condition put by the bank to buy this warranty! He sold the car at MSRP refusing to honor the Edmunds price offer for the same vehicle. I went back and called Nissan North America & Santander Bank and they both said that it was not mandatory to buy VSC.I went back after a few days to cancel the VSC ,the salesman Richard got me the papers to do so,but after talking to Paul he said it was not possible to cancel giving the same old story.Now I have got rid of my loan &cancelled VSC (I lost $230 for cancelling late for no fault of mine). This dealer is good at fleecing unsuspecting customers and taking advantage of their circumstances. Ruthless, merciless xxxxx. More
