Horrible customer service after they have your money After purchasing my 2014 Nissan Altima the sales person lost the copies of my licence and deposit recipt. I had to resend. A few weeks later hearing n After purchasing my 2014 Nissan Altima the sales person lost the copies of my licence and deposit recipt. I had to resend. A few weeks later hearing nothing about my registration i sent an email which was never responded to then a call that when i finally got through i was promised a call back which never happened. I had to take a day out of work to go to the dealership. After asking for a managet I had to wait twenty minutes for a manager who didnt even care what i had to say and to find out they lost all of my information AGAIN. I was told to come back at 4 and see the manager and he woukd take care of it. I came back, had to wait again only for the manager to refuse to see me and the original rude salesperson to send me to the cashier to get my plates. As if this wasnt enough when i arrived at the service department they had not notified them i was coming and the parts department was closed... With the piece needed to install my fromt plate. I emailed the GM with no response. It seems once they get their commision Nissan of Edison doesnt even care if their customers get license plates. Worst experience in customer service of my life. More
