Nissan and affiliates went on 140 mile joy ride in my car I purchased a certified used vehicle on October 17; I picked up vehicle on Monday the 19th at 7:30pm because they stated they were going to clean ciga I purchased a certified used vehicle on October 17; I picked up vehicle on Monday the 19th at 7:30pm because they stated they were going to clean cigarette smell out. I returned the vehicle immediately the following day,Tuesday the 20th. The promises they had made in reference to giving me their rental never realized and I had to rent directly from Enterprise. After holding my vehicle for over 7 days, they finally called me to pick it up yesterday morning. When I picked the vehicle up, Nissan supervisor Sammy Moncado for used vehicles could not explain why my car had an additional 144 miles!!!!! I demanded to speak to the General Manager and he never allowed me to speak to one. As kind as the supervisor was to appease me by giving 1 full tank of gas, a new set of keys (when they only gave me one), and water proof mats, that still can not make up for what they did to me. The police have also agreed that even the paper work they had given me was sloppy in entry and they decided to enter any kind of far fetched ending mileage. My disappointment with Nissan can not be explained in any other real words but to say they are incompetent, untrustworthy thieves and liars....crooks in suits. God only knows if they do background checks on people dealing with our cars. I am extremely hurt. God forbid a crime was committed with my vehicle and I am a law enforcement officer. I will reportNissan to any channel I can. The ineptitude over there is plain WRONG! People, demand, I mean demand an invoice whenever you leave your vehicle. It's like taking your car to the dry cleaners and being refused a ticket until you pick up your clothes. By the way, I believe Sammy Moncado is a decent person but whoever was dealing with my vehicle...as he had explained, the auto body, really did something wrong. We told him what we wanted and I ended up with a better deal that I had ever expected. I left with a brand new car with such a good feeling knowing that there are salesman who do listen to your needs and go out of there way to meet them. I will refer William to anyone who is looking to buy a car, William is the real deal. If you want to go in and get a salesman who will not "BS" you, go to William. Great Experience in every way. Some of the other employees were less proactive with addressing my needs and car issues, but he not only was apologetic, but he made sure the issues were addressed in less than 24-hours and kept me in the loop throughout. When I drove all the way to Edison (50+ minute drive), he even filled up my tank to compensate me for the time I was "wasting" going to the dealership in person. That really shocked me and made me feel so valued, since I was not expecting anything but a simple fix. I do not want to bash the other employees because they can be just as helpful, but I want to rant about what I know works. Bick is really the most considerate and caring about our time. I will only address Bick for future car purchases and any personal Nissan needs. More
Misleading price My wife and I drove for an hour to buy a 2012 Nissan Rogue that I saw on Auto Trader for $13,990; however when it came time to make the purchase, the My wife and I drove for an hour to buy a 2012 Nissan Rogue that I saw on Auto Trader for $13,990; however when it came time to make the purchase, the price suddenly became $15,990. I was told I needed to be an existing customer to get the lower price. David Chavez, one of the managers said this is disclosed in the footnotes but admitted that many customers don't see this. Since they were unwilling to honor the advertised price,we left feeling annoyed and surprised. We were annoyed for obvious reasons and surprised that they wouldn't sell us the car even though it is the dealer itself that makes the discount and not Nissan corporate. They've owned the car for over 7 months. Lastly, there was an excellent chance we would have bought additional cars there. I bought 2 Muranos and a Rogue from another dealer. More
