Great customer service and salesman I went into the Edison Nissan dealership with my wife to look at a used Nissan Maxima and I was greeted by Marc. Referral of friend who purchased a car I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and march, I had a relatively nice experience even referred my sister who also purchased a vehicle a few da I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and march, I had a relatively nice experience even referred my sister who also purchased a vehicle a few days later. As a customer who referred some one who also purchased a vehicle I am supposed to get a check in the amount of my monthly payment. Well six months late - nothing. Have contacted salesman numerous times and even though i was assured he would handle it - still nothing. Yet my sister who also referred someone who purchased a vehicle she received her referral check, I don't understand - the only difference is the amount of my payments is at least double hers. So even though the referral are good for upto $500 I guess it is not.!! I guess this dealrership doesn't hold up their promises. More

Friendly until deal doesn't go through Went to buy a used car !! I met with the guy on the first desk I think his name was Bilal or billy. Anyway at first he was nice with helping when he knew we were interested, he said he would do anything to get me approved because of my credit. He got us "some what approved " with some company in California, and told me to take the car home. The loan company called my employer multiple times asking various questions. Even after all the verification they thought my employer or employment wasn't legit or whatever it was they said they would deny the loan and I will have to return the vehicle. So I call the dealership they think I'm crazy and say no it's okay hold on to the car until we hear from them. I didn't want that responsibility so I went back to them to return the vehicle and get my down payment back. I felt as if I ended up at some other dealership, the same sales guys Bilal was a different person he gave so much attitude refused to help screaming at me when asked to have a refund on my down payment all because he couldn't make his commission. He was just unbelievable to make the story short. This was overall the worst experience. Me or anyone I know will not be purchasing a vehicle from here. More
