During the test drive he answered all questions that me and my colleague presented him with and pretty much kept it real and upfront the entire time. He even went as far as coming in the next day which was his day off for an additional test drive and for my other colleague to see the car as well. My purchase decision was completed in less than 20 min's. There were no gimmicks associated with car dealerships or persuasion attempts to sell something else. For starters please let me tell you like many I DO NOT like car shopping. I went in to look at cars for future purchase and my 9 year old Altima was on it's last legs. Arrived at the dealership and every and I mean EVERYONE was having a good time. Phil asked me to wait a few minutes as he was working with someone else. After I looked around he found me and we chatted and spun a few numbers with the help of Nash (yes they double teamed me :-)) I drove out with something I needed...Not wanted but needed. What I wanted would have honestly given me a headache later on. I did get a little frustrated at one point but only for a short time, as I said I HATE this process. Phil and Nash put us at ease after we took 5 hours of their time to "look at" cars. More

He and his manager Darryl were very knowledgeable and friendly. Edison Nissan's inventory is one of the largest and diverse I've seen in recent years. All vehicles showed to me were kept in tip-top shape. The tour provided by Durgesh Bhatt was very informative and made my decision much easier. After a quick coffee break while waiting for FNI to finish with their side of the deal, i was introduced to the service manager so i may set up any future appointments. My whole experience from top to bottom was absolutely amazing. I will surely be referring friends and family every chance i get to Edison Nissan More
