We got there at like 8:30pm and I’m sure just about everyone was gonna and a few people may have been called to come back in. Our experience was that we bought a very nice car, but the sales manager inflated the price dramatically over the sticker price and I unfortunately did not catch it. Quite possibly the WORST service experience I have EVER had on any of my dozens of vehicles over the past 40+ years. I was told the tech "..could not duplicate the problem" ( bad wheel bearings) - kind o had on any of my dozens of vehicles over the past 40+ years. I was told the tech "..could not duplicate the problem" ( bad wheel bearings) - kind of hard when the mileage IN is the SAME as the mileage OUT as shown on the ticket ( Really helps if you take the time to actually drive the car so you can hear the grinding noise...). Ticket also stated they 'greased the bearings'.... I wonder how this is possible in a SEALED UNIT? As for the thousands of dollars in "Required Work" on my car, they didn't even bother to check my service history to see what had been done and when !! And I won't even get into the detail of the services that I was told were " required Immediately" - including system flushes that are NOT EVER NEEDED on my particular vehicle or a 4 wheel alignment - that I had just had!!! As a loyal customer for over 10 years, I used to trust the service department at Edmond Hyundai... but this is not the first time they have stated my car needed services that it did not :-( And when I emailed and called Luke, the general Manage about this and the potential damage to their reputation- crickets... Silence and untruths speak VOLUMES.... More
