I called the dealership 4 times. I left 2 messages with the original salesperson and 2 messages with the new car manager and I got no return calls. I was calling them to ask about my missing cargo cover. the original salesperson and 2 messages with the new car manager and I got no return calls. I was calling them to ask about my missing cargo cover. Thus has given me a bad feeling about Hyundai because before I purchased the car all my phone calls were returned and now I’m ignored. They were very, very busy the day we bought our car. We waited an hour (at least) for the finance guy.
