Customer Service was 5 Stars! Parker was helpful, informative, and I was super impressed. I drove 14 hours to Oklahoma from Atlanta GA to get the color I wanted. It was a brand-new Hyundai Sonata. I did not make a big fuss about it because the money did not matter to me and I had already came all that way. That is kind of how dealerships work to pull you in. Did not want to go through the hassle as I usually would. So that would be a Con. The Pro would be the communication from Parker. Even after I bought the vehicle he remained friendly and answered all my text. That was the first car I bought out of states. Did not really understand the taxes with Oklahoma Versus Georgia. Georgia is a state I have only lived in for a year or so. Another Con is making sure that they actually go over every detail. When signing the papers I had to ask quite a few questions. One being the price difference. I would actually buy there again but make sure I am there earlier to have time to go over all the paperwork thoroughly. More

I have an engine noise that they said was due to bad fuel and that I should only get fuel from OnCue (that's the only place I get fuel. Lol). The repair was going to be around $750, but then I asked it it wo and that I should only get fuel from OnCue (that's the only place I get fuel. Lol). Then they called back twenty minutes later and have me a list of things a mile long that would be about $8k- all engine work, but Hyundai is supposed to have lifetime engine warranty. I don't trust this shop or Hyundai. More
