The only complaint may be your inventory lot look unorganized and unappealing. Booked an appointment online for one of the vehicles and was called the next day saying they don’t pr I have 2 vehicles that have recall notices. 1. Booked an appointment online for one of the vehicles and was called the next day saying they don’t provide the service I needed on Saturdays so I had to change my appointment to a less convenient day/time. 2. Booked an appointment for the second vehicle and took it in. Was called later that day and informed they didn’t have the part so they would have to do it the following day. The next day I called to ask an approximate time the car would be ready and was informed it would be early afternoon. Then I received a call stating that the part wasn’t delivered so I could pick up the car and book an appointment for another day. I was preparing to go out of town and this was extremely inconvenient and stressful. They were able to complete the repair the following morning. More
