Very disappointed this go around all bc of my service advisor Vincent Merchant. My vehicle only has 15K miles on it and he was clearly trying to add unnecessary services such as battery service, brake fl advisor Vincent Merchant. My vehicle only has 15K miles on it and he was clearly trying to add unnecessary services such as battery service, brake flush, and bg climate control service. My is only 6 months old. I've lost all trust in him and hesitant to return. Not only did he try to add those but he did not come talk to me to explain, simply left for lunch and left me with Tanner who was confused when I was upset and tried to make things better for me. He seems trust worthy, Vincent is absolutely not! If I get him again, I'm driving right through and leaving. I am not going to be someone who is just going to pad his commission sales or whatever. Horrible way to do business when you can't trust the service department. Also didn't offer complementary car wash and vacuum asi received that last time. Only reason I bring my Kia there for service is bc of the BG adjective for engines for life. If this awful behavior continues, I'll have to look elsewhere. Cannot express how disappointed and upset I am. I've dealt with this from Joe Cooper Ford in the past and don't want to repeat this greedy behavior fr ok m a service advisor. I will be requesting Tanner if I return. More
