The salesmen who assisted me in my car buying experience were wonderful! The 1 star is for lack of care with COVID from everyone else including management. I saw more than 10 employees walking around with n were wonderful! The 1 star is for lack of care with COVID from everyone else including management. I saw more than 10 employees walking around with no mask. The manager himself did not have a mask. Desks were not wiped down before transferring customers into an office where other customers were previously sitting. When my husband mentioned lack of masks to front desk employee she just shrugged her shoulders and said “we see each other everyday”. This is not a good enough excuse for not abiding by Edmonds mask mandate. I would like to give 5 stars since the two salesmen who assisted me throughout were very friendly and DID have masks the entire interaction. We are in a pandemic and should not have companies slacking in mandating the employees to wear a mask. That is of greatest importance and for that reason I give 1 star. More

I brought my car in asking them to focus on a particular part and they weren’t sure what it was but decided it was something else. I paid over $560 and my car is still not fixed. Hyundai offered me the top trade in value on my car which I didn't expect. Finance was really busy - but once I got in there the process went really fast and easy. I had never been introduced to Dallas Morgan nor did I know who he was and what his position was at Edmond Hyundai until I came to dealer rater and was able to locate him here. We spent over 3 hours at Edmond Hyundai on Monday, March 1st. 1 Hour looking at a car and test driving it. The other 2 hours sitting staring at the wall waiting for someone to give us a price on our trade (that they had the keys to) and waiting for a selling price on the 2021 Palisade Calligraphy that they had coming in. No answers. Our poor salesperson, he kept asking and asking how much longer. He was getting as frustrated as we were. Eventually we asked our sales person to go retrieve our trade keys back so we could leave. At that time, Dallas Morgan came out to the showroom and sat at a table with us. Dallas Morgan never introduced himself but handed us our trade keys and asked why we were upset and impatient. We expressed to him how long we had been there and had not been helped. He said, "well, we're really busy and if you don't want to buy what I'm selling, you can kick rocks and hit the bricks up on out of my dealership. I don't need your type of business around here..." It was really a shocking moment for us. On our way out the door, Dallas Morgan is using a raised voice and yelling "I'll do your deal real quick... NO DEAL. NO DEAL." All of this makes no sense at all. Just a really eye opening experience and glad I know not to do business here. More

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Very upfront about everything. Detailed the car and filled with gas before I took it home.
