Great dealership with a professional but also personable staff. I would recommend asking for Carleton Bennett to show you cars. Would have gave 5 stars but finance guy that came in with initial numbers came staff. I would recommend asking for Carleton Bennett to show you cars. Would have gave 5 stars but finance guy that came in with initial numbers came in with an insulting 7k on my almost immaculate trade in (bought new from edmond hyundai in 2018) that was worth 11k trade in and 14K dealer price and a total price on new car that was more than MSRP. I know it's a game and after an hour or two settled on a fair price. But if I wasnt an established customer with a good relationship with the other staff and couldn't get the loyalty discount I would have got up and walked out after that slap in the face initial offer. Don't be afraid to ask for lower price after you do your research on your trade-in/new car. This dealership WILL eventually meet you in the middle with a fair discounted price and they don't bully you like other OKC area Hyundai dealers...at least that's my experience anyways.
