I never have liked the duo tag team corporate method of making a deal whether by Hyundai or any other brand. This deal was no exception. Matthew was great as the initial contact and putting up with my requ making a deal whether by Hyundai or any other brand. This deal was no exception. Matthew was great as the initial contact and putting up with my requests as well as helping out after the sell. However when a sales manager has to come in to negotiate a deal, my appreciation wanes quickly. Also didn't like the mandatory dealer addons of exterior coatings and interior protectants amounting to about 500 dollars. I figure if the factory didn't think they were needed they probably weren't necessary. Just a way for the dealer to improve their cash flow. Also the fact that blue link is needed for a remote start for shorter distances, say outside of your building, is ridiculous. The fact that blue link needs a password followed by an access code is not convenient either. To criticize blue link further, the monthly or yearly cost once the 3 year free access runs out is exorbitant. It's not like your buying a Genesis. It's just a Santa Fe. I realize the blue link critique is toward Hyundai rather than the dealer, but I figure prodding the dealer to complain to Hyundai couldn't hurt. More

However, Edmond Hyundai was upfront and honest as far as the final cost of my vehicle and financing. They gave me the best overall deal of any car dealer in the region. More
