This is the fourth Hyundai I have purchased from Edmond Hyundai. Probably my last. Salesperson, Brandon Downing, was very responsive. When we arrived to complete all of the documents to complete the purchase there were some glaring errors (i.e. wife's name was wrong) and significant redoes on the forms. Had to make a second trip to sign the credit application which was a huge inconvenience although Liz was very apologetic even though it wasn't her error. Car, when received, had a large door ding on passenger rear door which I called about and never received any response at all. The windshield washer fluid was completely empty. Wow, if that wasn't checked what about the oil level, transmission level, tires??? Wasn't the best experience and a significant departure from my past experiences. Too many dealers selling the same product to overlook some of the inconveniences and issues we experienced. More

Kyle is an outstanding young salesman. He was easy to deal with and was flexible when needed to be. My daughter and 2 grands were in a serious car incident involving their 2017 Santa Fe with 90,000 mi deal with and was flexible when needed to be.
